• The wrong product has been delivered.

7.1 Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear, continuous, and unedited parcel opening (unboxing) video is mandatory for exchange verification under our standard policy.

The unboxing video must clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening.
• The shipping label and external package condition.
• The complete opening of the parcel without cuts, pauses, or editing.
• The product received immediately after opening.
• Any visible damage, leakage, defect, or incorrect product received.

Important: The exchange request will be considered under our standard process only when the unboxing video clearly establishes the reported issue.

If the customer fails to provide a valid unboxing video, or if the issue cannot be verified from the submitted evidence, Dakshesh Herbal may decline the exchange request, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

7.2 Exchange Request Conditions

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide their order number and proof of purchase.
• Clear product photographs and the original unboxing video must be submitted.
• The product must remain unused and in its original packaging, wherever applicable.
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage after delivery are not eligible for exchange.

7.3 Exchange Approval

Our customer support team will review the submitted information and generally respond within 2–3 business days.

If the submitted unboxing video clearly establishes an eligible issue and the exchange request is approved, Dakshesh Herbal will arrange a replacement according to the applicable exchange procedure.

Replacement will generally be provided for the same product, subject to availability.

If no eligible issue is established, the exchange request may be rejected.

All exchange requests are subject to our Exchange Policy and applicable Indian consumer-protection laws. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights or remedies available to customers.
